Exceptional Refunds

If Sés Appeal issues you a refund due to a mishap such as an "Out of Stock Item", you will be notified via email & a refund will be credited to your account INSTANTLY. 

However, the process of the refund can take anywhere from 72 hours-10 days to process. If you have any questions about your refund please feel free to email us with any questions that you may have.

Sés Appeal, is extremely strict on mishaps but in the event that error happens you will be credited a full refund (including shipping unless a promo code was used) & a promo code for the inconvenience will be issued to you for any future purchase.
